The Accounting Department is responsible for the following:
•    Cash records
•    Goods records
•    Financial personnel administration

Comprehensive automation means Remark is able to keep administration costs low. Although this does require the absolute dedication of Remark staff with respect to input.

Controlling
Our growing organisation continually demands the analysis of its financial results. For this reason, the Accounts Manager is also the person assigned to further research and analyse projects that require this, either voluntarily and upon request. This better allows the management to achieve a positive outcome in certain cases.

Automation
The Remark Groep has sound, stable automated systems. The program Omnivers by Unit 4 is used for accounting purposes.
The sales staff have handheld terminals into which they can read in orders. These are sent to the office at the end of the working day. Orders are automatically entirely processed at night, so they can be collected and sent the following morning.

Certification
The Remark Groep is an EDI-certified company. This entails processing orders from customers using EDI. In short, the orders are automatically entered and a confirmation receipt, packing note and invoice are sent electronically. This ensures that input errors do not occur and that goods are received more quickly and precisely. Moreover, there can be no misunderstandings regarding the invoices, as the invoices that are sent electronically satisfy all the requirements of the customers.
