The orders are collected using packing notes that are automatically converted after inspection into invoices. Orders from customers that arrive before 12.00 are collected and sent the same day, if desired.
Certification
The Remark Group is an EDI-certified company. This means that orders from customers can be processed using EDI. In short, the orders are automatically entered and a confirmation receipt, packing note and invoice are sent electronically. This ensures that input errors do not occur and that goods are received more quickly and precisely. Moreover, there can be no misunderstandings regarding the invoices, as the invoices that are sent electronically satisfy all the requirements of the customers.
Warehouse
The Remark Groep has a warehouse of 7250 m2, which can accommodate a total of 11,000 pallets. The walls and roof are made of concrete, meaning goods can be stored at the correct constant temperature.
